Your Role
Export Management
USA, Canada, UK, EU exports and logistics
Demand Planning & Inventory
Stock optimization, replenishment cycles, forecasting
Quality Coordination
Documentation, inspections, COA management
Customs & Trade Compliance
Customs clearance, EPA/FTA, HS classification
Regulatory Compliance
FDA, USDA, EU regulations, certifications
Tax Localization
VAT, GST, import duties compliance
Vendor Relations
Freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL
Risk Management
Supply chain, logistics, regulatory risk mitigation
Process Improvement
Build and improve SOPs for scalable operations
Cost Optimization
Logistics cost analysis and efficiency gains
Who We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ years in International Logistics / Supply Chain
- Hands-on experience with NA & EU customs/import regulations
- Knowledge of trade compliance, EPA/FTA utilization
- English (Business level or above)
- Japanese (Daily conversation level or above)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- E-commerce / DTC brand logistics experience
- FDA labeling, EU product compliance, IOR knowledge
- US/EU 3PL operations experience
- ERP/WMS system experience
