Your Role
Digital & Print Design
Social media, websites, brochures, catalogs
Packaging & Branding
Product packaging, brand consistency, identity
Visual Storytelling
Photo selection, editing, video direction
AI & Tools
Adobe Suite, Figma, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion
E-commerce Visuals
Shopify storefronts, Crowdfunding campaigns
Who We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years in Graphic Design / Art Direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite & Figma
- Strong Portfolio (Digital, Print, Branding)
- AI tool proficiency (MidJourney etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Passion for Japanese Culture
Nice to Have
- Motion Graphics / Video Editing (Premiere, Blender)
- Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
- Experience with Shopify / Amazon visuals

Hands-on creation of digital/print assets, understanding brand identity
Year 2-3: Senior Designer / Art Director
